Description
Christmas is a minefield of emotions. Joy, excitement, disappointment, fear and that’s just for starters. This year we cannot get together with friends and family in the way we usually do which adds an extra layer of stress for parents and children alike.
This special session will explore ways to monitor and manage your mindset over the Christmas holidays. We will play different types of group games including marble run and Jenga and will explore turn taking, teamwork and problem-solving.
Children are invited to bring their favourite toy, game or comforter along.
Please let us know in advance if your child has any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
